Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress on our carrier's website.

Of course we hope you love your purchase! But if you want to request a return upon receipt, you have 30 days to do so.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and it's original packing materials. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Natural stones and pearls vary slightly because nature is an artisté.

The piece in the photo is for sale and the first person who orders will receive that one. Often there are other versions available, or I will make a new version with the same materials that just vary as much as nature does.

Some "made-to-order" pieces will allow selection of hardware materials ... gold-filled, sterling silver, stainless steel and less expensive options. As well as custom lengths. If you don't see those options on the listing you're interested in - please reach out to discuss further. We may be able to accommodate your ultra specific desires.

As a maker & a person, I am committed to body-positivity and strive to make necklaces that fit every gorgeous body the way every gorgeous person wants their necklaces to fit. Which is why most pieces already include extenders for maximum versatility. But, as a small business, it's cost-prohibitive to add as much length on every extender as I'd like. If you want more length than currently offered on a particular piece ... we'll make it happen.💚
